She said the injury left her feeling embarrassed, isolated and without anyone to confide in. Before the incident she served as an usher, and she now describes herself as an inspiration, role model and mentor to millions.
The woman added that she would have stayed home on the day of the mishap, though she offered no further details about the cause. Her emotional post drew sympathy and concern from online users.
